2 bbl from a 350 won't work? I think the only factory 2 bbl set-up for a Buick was on 74 models and those are very hard to find. I think the Olds set-up is rare too!
George, I am wanting a carb off of a bigger engine as I am going to install it on a 527 c.i. engine in an old fire engine that we use in parades. Thanks, Eric
Look in this thread, I posted the Rochester 2bbl sizes and cfm ratings. Just look for a big-bore carb, regardless of what it came off of. (I think that ebay deal had 3 carbs for $35 each, but I don't know what size they were) Also, look at carbs off of marine engines, even a little 120hp 4-banger OMC will have a big 2-bbl on it. :Brow: Just don't tell them you want a marine carb, or you'll get hosed price-wise... :rant:
