OOOPPPS! ou: Sorry Waterpump pulley. Don't know the diameter cause I don't have one to begin with. Metal would be good. Thanks! :TU:
i have a 2 groove for a 71 .be sure of your offset there are a couple different ones and depending on the years of 350 ,they are different.
In my experance I've went through a couple of waterpump pullies before I found one that wasn't worn out and would slip and let the belt squeal. The only reason I never bought new is because I'm to cheap/tight, or maybe fiscally prudent/responsible is a more politically correct way of putting it. Don't tell but right now I've got a F**d waterpump pully on my 455 and it's the first one I've had since owning the car that doesn't squeek. Came off a six cylinder F**rmont. Dave B
The number I gave was folr 68-69 and may be a 70. I am not sure that a 71 was the same. The number is usually stamped in the pulley.
The part number that was given to me by a friend is 1231724. that is for a single groove pulley I believe. I do not know what the part# would be for a double groove pulley???????
Tom380 That part #1724 is the same as the 70 350 single groove I have. I have various pulleys that I will check out and get back to you if I find a correct one. Bill
