GUYS ive finally spent the money///had a 200r4 rebuilt the guy put the kit on it for the lock up all i have to do is run a wire to the switch so thats not the problem ////the problem will be correcting the tv cable to the org 2 barrel carb///NOW the s/p is connected tothe bottom of the carb now ....could i use that connecting point somehow??? ive read about being careful as to not fry the 200 so i thought if some one has a setup that works i like to see it or hear how to make it OK thanks pete
There is a fairly specific ratio of throttle opening to how much the TV cable is pulled. Is it possible to get the attachment linkage from the donor throttle body? I'd scrounge a few junk yards and see what you can come up with. Must be a way to adapt that to your 2-bbl. If nothing else, take some measurements and see how close your existing connection could be.
