64-72 GM A body gear box quick ratio. 3 to 3 1/8 turns stop to stop #6 or 6/7 casting rebuilt

we also offer just a stock rebuild on a none quick ratio box. $120.00

we can also rebuild manual steering boxes and other gear boxes price will depend on damage but will be between 100 and no more than 150

All boxes are leak tested and adjusted before being shipped

240 shipped you will get 120 back if you supply a good rebuildable #6 or #6/7 factory quick ratio casting core that is not rusted pitted or locked up

CORE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 50 DAYS OF RECEIVING REBUILT UNIT TO GET THE FULL 120 DOLLAR CORE CHARGE ANYTIME AFTER THAT YOU WILL GET 60 BACK

we ship anywhere in the USA or out of the country if you pay shipping

rebuilt in America from a used good core. 1 year warranty but call me if you ever have any problems I'm sure I can still make it right

Hector Carrillo Carhex 626 488 5472 cell or 626 919 2762 home Please consider I am on Ca time when calling

same gear box you see at swap meets for 275+

same turns and as the jeep box but direct bolt in no modifications needed unless you are converting from a manual box than you will need a rag joint that I can provide for 10 bucks extra

I can also have your factory numbers matching date coded gear box rebuilt and converted to quick ratio but you have to ship it to me first

paypal is best but we can take other forms of payment

send me a PM with full name and shipping address and paypal info to order.

I will send you an invoice via paypal and most times will ship same day or very next shipping day.

They sell fast but I will post up as soon as one is ready or go back to people that were in line to buy

Thank you. Hector 626 488 5472 if you have any questions

My rebuilder is out of the quick ratio conversion kits.

What this means is that we now have a few less options on how to get this done from now on

If you want a quick ratio conversion done to your box that is not a factory quick ratio you will have to pay the $60 dollar conversion charge. so 120 plus 60 is 180 or the 240 if you want me to send you one and you will only get 60 back from the 120 core charge

you can avoid the 120 dollar core charge by sending me your quick ratio core first and we can rebuild it

please make sure you check if your box is a 3 turn quick ratio before you send it back as a core you will not get a core refund for a 4 turn box and you will have to pay the shipping back if you want it back

we can still rebuild the box with out the quick ratio conversion just a stock rebuild for 120

Even with the core charge I have seen the boxes going between $300.00 - $380.00 I wish we had more

One thing I need to mention is most 70-72 cars already came with the quick ratio 3 turn option so for the ones that already have it it will just be a rebuild

now for the 64-69 guys this will be one of the best up grades you can do

I get a steady supply of cores but I am always low. I have been able to find a supplier but cores are limited

You can always save on the core charge by sending me your core first. we can also rebuild the numbers matching box you send in at no extra charge

I'd like to thank all of the people that have bought boxes from me. feel free to post some feed back good or bad. The bad ones if any will help me correct any problems that I might not be aware of which at this point there are none that I know of.

    Thanks Hector Carhex

Thank you Hector for being such a fine person, and providing the gear boxes, taking your time to look at cars and parts for others, and so many things.

You are a blessing and a great "invisible" friend!

Those who are fortunate to cross paths with you, are truly rewarded.

Nothing need to apologize, it was just funny to see the guy bring it in like it was a baby needing a diaper change!

You got this to me from the west cost to the the east faster than most things closer to me.

And your thinking to include that rag joint side for the input shaft was above and beyond and I would not have thought about that.

You made it possible for me to make the "Burning Up the Coast" this weekend, and I really appreciate that!

    :)

Consider this a 5 Star rating for Hector!

May all your efforts be rewarded sevenfold.

My factory steering box is leaking at the shaft seal. I would like to tear it out as soon as the season is about over, probably like November, and send it to you for rebuild. What is your average turn around time to the east coast?
