I stripped everything off my 67 special before it went to paint. I had problems removing the "I" from the trunk lid. When I dropped it off I told them to tape it off. The estimator told me that they'd remove it for better results. I agreed and asked them to be very careful not to lose it. I picked up the car today, came home and put all of the shiny things back on. From the back people think I drive a "BUCK". Yep they either lost it or broke it. ou: Need info on what year(s) will work or if front is the same as back? Anyway does anyone have an "I" for a 67 skylark, GS or Special trunk lid? Did you go back to the same color, or something else? I just got a set off a car in a junk yard, but I don't know what my original ones look like. And my trunk is 15 feet in the air and I have no step ladder for now, so..... sorry dude.
