264 nailhead Crank

asking for a friend, his crank is cracked, will any other cranks interchange?

 

322 will fit, but will be balanced differently.

Edit: You didn't say if it's a Dynaflow or standard shift. If it's a Dynaflow you will need a Dynaflow crankshaft, if it's a standard shift you can use a Dynaflow crank with a pilot bearing adapter. I believe that these can still be found.
