3" N25 tips

I have a used set of 3" stainless N25 tips made by "Wheels". I went with a 2.5" exhaust so I used my OEM tips instead of these. These tips have a 2" long stainless 2.5" diameter pipe that was stretched to 2.75" and welded onto the 3" tips.
These can be welded onto a 2.5" exhaust pipe.
Minor scratches no dents.

when installed in bumper?
The scraps on them will they buff out?

Yes they are symmetrical. I do not know for sure on the scrapes.
