3000 stall, non-lock/OD, street?

    I was given a 3000 stall for the 4l80e I am having built. I am hoping for a 3.42-3.73. How will this be on the fwy? Or does anyone run a 3000, fixed stall, in a TH400 and like 2.80:1-ish gears?

    You will need a lockup converter to pull the overdrive. Your highway RPM will be far below the stall speed of the converter. 3000 stall speed lockup converter will be fine.
