    Hello , A friend of mine has a 56 Buick with 322 engine and he was wondering if a 364 out of a 57 would be the same to install thanks Bill

    I would say that it would fit since it is the same size block and the flywheels are the same.

    i was told by russ martin that the 264 and 322 where the same but not the 364
    might want to look into it a bit more
    they also list the 364 trany mounting the same as the 401 in the older interchange books
    but like he told me the books can be wrong
