JW or any others with 4link knowledge. I was going to send you a PM JW, but someone else may have the same issue that I have or their maybe some other info out there that could help me out.

Here is what I have and the problems that I'm facing.

I have a 4 link with coil over springs and no antiroll bar, my IC point is around six inches above the ground and somewhere vic 75" forward of the rear axle. Launching at 4500 rpms with 4.88 gears and 530ish tq at 4800 the car twisted bad pulling the left front tire a foot and dragging the right. I have a ten point cage welded to the frame so the car should be very ridged. This was with my old motor, I'm tring to get a base line setup for my big motor. Any help with this would be great, and thoughts on getting an antiroll bar needed or not.

Checkout this board, you'll be able to get more feedback.

I'm thinking that I/C is quite long AND you could use some pre-load.

Wish I could help more but I'll leave it to someone who has actually run a 4-link.
