Thanks all. Very peaceful night with a couple of big Tbones, a good bottle of wine and put up the tree. We're not big party people any more. Ah, but I do remember Bourbon Street quite well. Ran into a line of trash cans at the hotel when I misjudged a U turn...:laugh: Went to Brennan's for dinner, had turtle soup, then ran the gauntlet of all the strip clubs to get to the neat jazz and blues places. Don't remember them all, but one was Preservation Hall and another was Pete Fountain's place.
