445 is the torque rating on a 401 cid nailhead. Until about 66 Buick put the torque ratings on the cleaners rather than the cid.
No opinion here. Ask one of the Wildcat guys but they need to know a lot more about its condition etc. Also what are your goals? For example, if you think with its weight it is going to be like a 70 455 GS in terms of muscle you are going to be disappointed. If you like its looks and want a cruiser that is another story.
