455 for sale

Complete 455 from air cleaner to oil pan including acc. Its a mid 70's with around 65-70 k. I heard it run when pulled. 400.00 obo

 

If you were closer, I might have to take you up on it. 500 miles is a bit too far.

How long has it been since the engine was pulled out?
Does it have an HEI or points?
Is the color red or blue?

I will try this weekend. Its just sitting on a pallet in my shop. Its always been inside and covered.The 455 is blue and does have HEI. The air cleaner,a/c compressor,p/s,alt,carb,flywheel and manifolds are all still on the engine. It was in a buddy of mines car he bought for the derby's. . He buys the big cars and drops smallbolcks in them and I buy the complete pullout. I was going to use this one in my wagon but decided moving to AZ. In the fall is more important. Thank you.
