I have a complete exhaust system for 68-72 Skylark/GS with big block Buick.It was on the car for roughly 1-2 years.The headers were in real nice shape,but the paint was getting thin,so I aluminum oxide blasted them clean,prepsoled them real good and painted them with several coats of high heat flat black header paint,they look absolutely brand new again,and not even dented as usually found.The exhaust is a 2 1/2" aluminized flowmaster header back,H-pipe system for GM A bodys with tailpipes,and flowmaster mufflers.Alittle dirty from sitting around for the past couple years,some small rust here and there,but does clean up nice.Mufflers are perfect.I took some alum wheel cleaner and a scotch pad and cleaned up the pass side tailpipe for you to see the difference.Use as is or clean it up.
