455 shorty headers

Looking for a set of shorty headers for a 455.Hoping to not pay too much as I am not sure if they will fit.I have a 455 in a 64 Riviera.If I can't find a set of shorty's I may be interested in any 455 headers and I will just build a set from them.Jeff

For what those brought I may as well by new ones :shock: .So no one out there with some for sale?

 

If you did your install similar to a `67 & up Riv, the TA shorties should fit fine. Don't waste your time on full length headers, the cruciform frame will make them unusable.

 

I asked a guy to make me a set of flanges, he makes them from 1/4" mild steel. If he can do you want a set? He gets $25 for the set. I'm not sure how much shipping is. They are a good start for custom headders.

 

For the 455, TA's flange kits are cut from 5/16" steel and we also put the stubs in them so you don't have to fight making the pipe from round to rectangle.
