Beautiful!!! really nice work, aint that how it goes, I start out thinking primer black and just drive it, next thing you know you have $$$$$$$$ involved and where do you stop? Was it difficult to get 455 in there? what tranny? I am doing a 54, I do have a running 455 on a stand and I had fleeting thought about getting it put in there. I will most likely stick with the 322.
Car has a Nova subframe and the 455 harmonic balancer sits about even with front cross member and trans ended up just about perfect in the frame x member, I did not install motor but have been cleaning up and rewelding some of the lousy welds someone had done before I got car,Im not going crazy on car but want it to be Safe & dependable, I wanted to CRY when they delivered car everything was so badly done it was a joke, Car would not run, no Brakes, Had air ride that was junk, When we did finally get it started to get it into garage it started in gear and took off and ran into back of car hauler, I knew then I was in for some real fun ! But with a little TLC its starting to come together pretty good. Perk
