I seen this one guy had bought a 55 Roadmaster on Ebay that had an 88 Chevy caprice chassis on it. Does anyone know how hard it would be to do this swap? Hell it be alot cheaper I think doing this than to buy upgrades seperatly like disc brakes and suspension, etc. Also I'm wanting to put a chevy tranny in place of the dynaflow, with the caprice chassis would already have the proper mounts for the tranny, better front suspension and rear suspension plus the rear axle already in place. Can't think a reason not to do this swap. Can anyone enlighten me with pro's or con's that you can think of, other than I'd be sorta killing the whole reason of having an old car? Hey, at least I'd still have the important things right? The body and the engine. Just with a few modern upgrades to keep up with the modern traffic out there. :3gears:
