Hey Bruce, You don't like the suicide doors? Being that of a younger generation, I really love the classic cars that you, no offense, older guys grew up with and rode around in as kids, so I justed wanted to put my own little spin on things, really make it my own, but something a little different you know. You don't see a whole lot of 50s Buicks around here in California, the High Desert in Victorville, to be exact, and you definately don't see them with the suicide doors, at least I haven't been able to find any. Hey Bruce Bruce, I actually live in Hesperia which is also in the High Desert, along with Victorville, Apple Valley, Barstow etc... You used to hang out around here? Well this area sure has grown in the last ten years, you probably wouldn't even recognize it if you came back out here. Thanks for all of your responses, it's nice being able to write back to someone, being the new guy and all. I actually took some more recent pictures of the progress on my 56, I will be posting them up in the next few days. The cars pretty rough right now, but it's getting there, almost ready for paint. '56 Suicide Doors Hey Mike, I think the Suicide Doors real make You Custom Unique. I don't mind Mild Customs if they are Tastefuuly Done. Dropping the car 2 or 3 inches is O.K. but those Dropps where the rockers are an inch from the ground is a bit TOO Radical for me. Some of these guys just try to outdoo each other with all sorts of Outrageous Stuff. Some are Really Dangerous with a Torch. I would like to see a close-up picture of the Hinge Treatment and how You were able to Modify the Doors. :TU: :3gears: :beer Tom Gallagher
