    Hello all,

Looking for a 5914745 a/c pulley. I believe this is correct for a 70 GS 455 with a 3:42 rear gear, correct me if I am wrong.

    Thank you.

He seems to be looking for the A/C compressor pulley.

    Hello all.

Thank you all for your comments and input.
Yes, primarily looking for the bigger A/C pulley. I would buy the clutch or a whole compressor if needed.

    Thank you.

I have a bunch of A6 compressors. What is the size of the pulley? Thanks, Bob.

    Hi Rocket Race.
Based on my research it appears the pully should measure about 5 and 3/4 across. The standard one is 5"
    Thanks

I have a complete 70 Buick AC compressor with the clutch and large pulley.

It would need to be rebuilt but it is all there. Casting date on the Compressor is “3-D” which would decode as April 3, 1970.

If you are interested let me know.

    Hello Rocket racer and Duane.

Thank you for your reply and assistance. Yes, interested in what either of you may have.
@Duane just to confirm my research, as I understand the lager pulley would be correct for a 70 GS 455 regardless if it's a Stage 1 or not, correct?

I know they were used on the cars with the 3:42 or 3:64 rears. I don’t remember if all the BB cars came with them or not.

I can’t help with any other info as all my books are packed up.

This one in particular came off a 70 GS that we parted out years ago.
