Check this out! Is this guy a hot rodder or what?? http://www.weberprecision.com/weberprecision1_015.htm http://www.weberprecision.com/enginevid1.wmv
I'd kill for one of those for my minibike. I have a video of 2 of those engine running. He starts it with a hammer drill. :Brow:
He needs to modify one of those little remote control cars. Pull out the wimpy 1cyl and put that in it... It would be wild.. I wonder how much hp/tq that little thing makes... Hey Yardley, theres a high reving V8 for ya. :Brow:
:jd: :jd: :jd: :jd: :jd: That might be the most unfreakin believable thing that I've ever seen. You are kinda fooled until he puts his hand in the picture then you realize how small that thing is. Awesome. :eek2:
That is the coolest thing I have seen. Anyone know how long it took to build it? Maybe he said and I missed it, I didn't read every page of info on it. I have thought about trying to build a small working engine but nothing as detailed as this one. Looks and sounds like a alky hemi untill you see his hands in the shot.
There's a guy in my Model Airplane club who is a retired Machinist for Grumman. He built a 1/5th scale model of a 5-Axis Milling machine.....using the same machine (bought from Grumman and in his basement ou: ) to create the parts. Its fully funtional too. I have no doubt he could pull off something like this
