Thanks.....
I am from the booming town of Port Perry ...way too close to Toronto..about a 40 min drive...I hear you on how large Ont is...its along way to the nose of the wolf:grin:. ---------- Post added at 09:37 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:30 PM ---------- Love the look of your car...ummmmm...
Sammy, Welcome to the joys of owning a classic car. I can't speak for others but for me determining to keep a car stock or modifying it depends on what I am going to do with the car. If you are planning on keeping it for a little while, enjoying it and then moving on I would keep it stock. Most buyers I have found do not want to deal with someone else's modifications. Most of the time corners have been cut and they are not done correctly. If you are planning on keeping it then upgrade, modify as you see fit and to your liking. Good luck with your 61. She is a beauty.
Welcome to the Board! Luv those GM bubbletops. IMO, that car is begging to be lowered. A more aggressive stance will make the car. Good luck! :TU:
hey Chris,Can you tell me a bit more about your car...mods,wheel and rims, engine tranny etc I am torn between leaving my car alone:sleep: or doing some fun mods to it:bglasses:.Thanks, Ted
Nice looking 61 Sammy, you'll love em. I have one just like Chris's bagged one, mine's blue. Great car, and gets heaps of attention. I'm a huge fan of customising, these things were designed for 20's and bags !!
Thanks guys for the input:TU: I like these cars and I think I will keep mine.It has been in the family for 40 yrs. But I think I will start by simply slappin some nice rims on and go from there.....
