I,ll post some pics once I meet the 10 post count. Hopefully the avatar will preview what I ,am talking about. With the info that came with the car it looks like 2 where produced by Flxible corporation for or with GM. Any one have any info on these? Thanks
Sweet. I bet that would be a fun cross-country cruiser; OD, decent A/C, and tunes (not to mention a fat wallet for gas).
I can't imagine how much room there is in that. My "normal" 225 has a crazy amount of room in it. Keep working on that post count, we want pics. :TU:
"225 Limo": Please put your name in your signature, we're all here on a friendly first name base :TU: Here in the Netherlands we had a lot of 1977 and later Buick Electra/Le Sabre 6 door cars for funeral services. Never saw a 1962 limousine. Is your name Daniel, and is this the car in question ?
Somehow I ,lost track of all this. Yes That is my Limo in the pics. Picked up a 63 Flxible Hearse ,that I had about 10 years ago and was able to buy it back.
I saw that too, Erik. Very cool 62 Limo there. A while back I was looking ata 65 Electra 6 door limo.wwow. Cool stuff
In 1989, there was a six door 1962 Electra 225 limo for sale in California. A friend owned a 1963 Flxible hearse/ambulance combination car at that time. He was a member of the Professional Car Society. The 62 limo was pink and really nice condition from the picture I saw. The ad was in their newsletter.
I have a great question.... does your serial number match your limo?? The reason I ask, is that i seen the picture of the dealer tag...I copied it and went to my 62 Buick Hearse.... I have that same Model number FB62-62, I have the same key numbers and the serial number is identical to mine. So, can you make sure that the serial number on your car you have is the same as your paperwork??? This is very interesting... Steve
