Where is Matt M? He is a fanatic about these cars, drove his 63 LeSabre to Plano for the BCA. I will forward this to him.

    Bill,

Only 9975 LeSabre convertibles for model year 1963,
that 4 speed manual was a US$ 200,- / 263,- option for the LeSabre, Skylark and Wildcat. (different prices depending on the series I guess)

I don't have the numbers for cars delivered with the 4 speed.

    And is that right:

Only 80 original miles on the odometer, or did you forget the K :Do No: ?

    4 speed question

What transmission brand did that come with? Was it a Muncie?

I think they used the Warner T-10 Was this prior to the BORG?
Close ratios and high nickel content input shaft and gears.

    gs4u2c Is that a 442?

There was a LeSabre 4 spd Conv from BC that has been listed on ebay twice within the last four months. It was a PROJECT which I don't think met the reserve. I would guess it the same car? But if so I would had said it was a $3500C car rather than $6500C. Have you looked at it yet?

They have been trying to sell that car for over a year now. It really is a major project, as I remember the car was allowed to sit out open and really rusted up.
