63? Riviera all steel passenger fender

The barn belches up yet another antique car part!
Correct me if I am wrong but believe this is a 63.
I see zero body filler or dents except for a single very minor dingage in the foremost tip,very minor but wanted to mention.
It's located in North Carolina for pick up only please.
I imagine a fender this solid is at least as expensive as a non rotted out bashed or bondoed up GS fender but not my forte.
I can research it but would rather just swap for interesting 1970 GS/GSX parts (as well as possibly tough find 71 or 72 parts for long term projects) or 60's - 70's 455 cars speed equipment & of course any stone cold cool Buick related items of ALL sorts for car or not

Very likely '63. Hollander (40th Ed, 1974) shows a single # for '64 (1008), a single # for '65 (1277), and then '66 and '67 interchanging (1304). Typically the older paper manuals did not go back beyond ten years before date of printing, unless the part interchanged further back then the ten year cut off.

Non repop 70 gsx trinkets,dash emblem,correct 70 front air damn (prefer rough gor ALL AETC PARTS, WG 15x7 wheels, consolette 4 speed parts, automatic console or consolette chrome shell for tach or medallion . Shift rings(no repops)

A bunch probably 1 of 1 & LOADED.
Last nut and bolt one sold 20 years ago for $128k and stil. Had one less option.
Mines not near that but a suitcase of money might pry her away.
