I ordered seat foams from OPGI for this year and make car. I had the shop doing the work tell me the foams were to thick and he had to trim them down 1 inch thinner to use ledgendy interiors covers. We compared the covers to the old and they were the same width but he said it was going to be a tight fit as the foam is wider. The foam box is stamped 64/65 GTO. Anybody else have this problem?

Maybe not that exact problem, but talking with my interior guy yesterday, he has a couple cars with new buns that the owners are over 6', and the seats with new foam are making the drivers sit up too high. Same with my '70, the foams were too big. Isit too high and the seats do not look right! Why can't we get the right bits made?

I called Legendary and they said to use the RCI seat foams because the are better. The shop showed me the old foams and they were alot thinner and not as dense as the new foam.
