    Howdy,

I'm looking for a 64-67 Special Wagon, otherwise known as a flat roof or a Shorty because of its shorter wheel base. I'm interested in a solid body car with prefferably a running drivetrain so I can drive it back to OH. I'll consider cars that will need to be transported and I guess "Sporties" with simular requirements though I am more interested in the Shorties.

    Thanks,

I am supposed to be getting a '66 flatroof wagon on a trade this week on a '72 Olds Cutlass I am selling. Haven't heard it run yet but have looked at it. It is NOT a Sportwagon. It does have factory a/c and automatic behind a 310 Wildcat V8.No roof rack or holes.Body is pretty darn solid and straight. I will know more this week. Ted

I think that this trade deal is going to fall through. My friend may sell this car, though. It is a '66 Special flatroof wagon. It does run and drive but probably would need a few things to make a long trip. Has a/c ,ps,pb,300 2bbl V8,auto.,HD radiator. Left front fender damage, minimal rust. It is a2 seat model with no roofrack.Glass looks good.Interior is ruff. If this interests you,let me know.Ted

Sounds interesting enough for a set of pictures but I'm trying to get a decently clean example and the availability of 66 sheetmetal isn't exactly large.

    Thanks for looking for me,

OK, this one would definitely be a 'project'. I think my friend would want 1500 or maybe less. Won't know until I see him again. I run across a lot of cars,I'll keep my eyes peeled. Ted
