did you see why he's selling it? Divorce. If he put in a new windshield. She would just smash it again............
That's going to require more than just windshield replacement to be road ready. Imagine all the tiny glass shards likely embedded in the carpet and seats. Lack of a title could be a concern too.
I'm sure there is more to that story....................and even more due to no title. I'm sure if the divorce isn't finalized the car isn't suppose to be sold. The Mrs. probably has the title or vice versa. Maybe she is just selling it on him and he doesn't know it. Anyway about it very bad deal.
yep. one can see bits of glass on the speedometer and on the floor. I had a pick-up truck that got the rear window broken (just one pane of a three pane sliding window) every time I vacuumed the vacuum would be full of glass bits.
There's little doubt if you bought that car you'd be smack in the middle of a nasty divorce, you'd probably need a police escort when you go to pick it up or show up in riot gear.
The ad says "she" when mentioning the one who is selling it, but it does not mention who wrote the ad, not the husband in the divorce, would be my guess. This looks to be a very bad situation to get in the middle of. A few years back I bought a rear clip off of a car in a wrecking yard in NorCal and the car had been really nice, before the wife found out about his girl friend. Not a straight panel on the front of the car and most of the really nice original die cast chrome was broken. I also heard of a situation where a wife sold a guy's Corvette for way below market value, just to get even with him. Hell hath no furry......
Baseball Bat Syndrome. Right hand back corner of the garage, first pix. I see glass embedded in the Louisville slugger logo. hehehe. Wheelz, Tampa Bay
