well, I had three such trannys at one time......Jim Burek got two.....So maybe a LeSlabbir or Electra... either way, BUT WHY?? If the car had an original Nailhead motor WHY THEN would this not work for him? Please explain so I can git my ejumakashun did! :laugh: ThanX. Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Wheelz, 66 LeSabres were small block cars. There was a Lesabre 400 model, but it had a 340 with ST400 trans. That small block tranny won't fit a 401-425.

The Trans I have can be bolted in & used as is with a new Front Seal (always recomended) as it came out of a running/driving '66 Wildcat. The Trans fluid is Very Red & not burnt at all! Doug
