I would bet it's not a Gran Sport. Still, at that price if it's solid it would be a steal. I remember someone on criagslist advertising a 64 Gran Sport. Took some doing but I convinced him it wasn't a real GS since they never made it in 64. Funny thing is he said his title said it was a Gran Sport.
I don't know this person but the car is listed on our local Craigslist. If anyone has an interest in this car, it's not much more than an hour from here and I would be happy to go take a look at it for you.
If it were within 600 miles or so I would be all over it. Like I said even as a Skylark it's a great deal if it's as good as it sounds.
