ok so apparently the grill I've been searching for is from the 1964 Riv GS and the Riv '65 now does anyone know where to buy these(or does anyone have one for sale?) and does anyone know if its possible to fit the grill to a '64 regular Riv?

There is no such thing as a '64 GS Riviera. The Super Wildcat engine was an available option though. The grills from '63 and '64 Rivieras are exactly the same. All '65 Rivieras had the full length grill with the headlights hidden behind the "clamshells" in the fronts of the fenders. The '65 grill will bolt into a '63/'64, but the headlights won't bolt into the fenders; there's not enough room behind what is the '63/'64 parking lights. Because of the clamshell operation, the '65 fenders are different. If you want that look, the easiest way to achieve it is an entire front clip. The '65 hood has a different lip on the front to go with the full length grill.

There is no aftermarket for OEM '65 grills; you'll have to find one used.
