Believe me, THAT guy removes anything that is valuable ,good and usable. If the engine is still in it you can bet the dual quads are long gone and the engine is no good.

It would be worth the asking price of the car ......IF it is the original 3.42 posi. It's worth a look to see if it has any Gran Sport stuff left on .....if it truly is a GS.

OK V-8 Buick People: I purchased a few parts from him and I've tracked him for a while. First, he is not a crook, he is honest and this is not meant to be slanderous either. I call that guy Mr. Mess. Why? Because everything I have seen him sell or offer for sale....is a mess. He leaves no money on the table and if you want it you must realize that you are buying something that could very well be a mess. The Riviera in question is typical of what he sells, a lot of broken down auto jewelery.....a mess. Mitch

Yes, he finds these parts cars , takes off the desirable things he needs and sells what's left. I haven't said he is a crook. In fact he was involved with the sale of a friend's 1929 J model Duesenberg to Gullwing Motor Cars a couple of years ago and made a very good lick from it. Gullwing made a killing . My friend has one of the 12 '56 Hess and Eisenhardt Cadillac Fleetwood wood wagons and this guy has his claws on it but hasn't paid for it as of yet. I have a fellow in Michigan that has offered lots of cash for it and would come and get it but this Maryland Caddy man is involved , so that is a no go. This seller has some interesting parts cars but like I said he doesn't leave much meat on the bone.
