getting close ..finally...after about three years this puppy is officially "on the road". Biggest thing left to do is install the new front disc kit, wait for the rest of the potmetal to come back from the chrome guy, and some final tweeks to the turbo motor. Just thought I'd share....
Rich that is very cool. Hope to see it at one of the local cruises maybe Kings Park. Did i sell you those rims? Gerry
Thanks Gerry. Yup. Rims came from you. I think your car was in the shop at the time though. I don't know about the KP cruise - Where/when? -Rich
Watch out for that road scraper I remember somone picking a skunk in one and it wasn't pretty. Sweet ride. I am considering that for my 70 GS
That engine looks lost under the hood! I love it! -BC p.s. last night I was at my brother's house - he has a '73 LeSabre with no engine, and a supercharged 3.8 sitting in his garage...
That is SICK. Sort of like a dream scenario. Beautiful car, ballistic engine, diabolic performance. Awesome.
Thanks for the compliments guys. The rest of the chrome has finnally arrived.... Hey Gerry - is the KP cruise done for the year?
Beautiful car and great idea for a sleeper. It looks like a little cooler version of Granny's car on the outside and interior :TU:
Thanks - thats exactly the look I was going for. Now I gotta see how fast I can make it go:grin: John - Have not had a chance to weigh it yet but I would guess it is at least a couple hundred lbs lighter than most GN's.
