http://spokane.craigslist.org/ctd/2715567889.html Is it just me or does this seem like they should be throwing in a Gran Sport, maybe a truck to pull them? It's a drop top, but it's missing the third pedal to drive the price up and it's not a Gran Sport. It's not restored, and it's not a hot rod. It's just a car that's been put together to look good and have fun with. Note the kick panel, or lacking of, on the passenger side. How rare of an option would a cassette deck have been on a 1965! Hard to tell in the pictures but the interior and dash look like nice driver quality, but not restored.
That's been listed for over a month now. Apparently the economy is worse than I thought if he can't even get $37k :Smarty:
Kellog is in the silver valley where all the mines are...he must have brain damage from all the contaminated air/water.Nice $8K car:TU:
You know, I was surprised that it's in Kellog instead of his Coeur D' Alene used car lot. People go to Kellog to pick up a new car, not to shop for expensive used cars. Their overpriced used cars are generally in CDA.
Nice rag top but way over priced. He should be able to get 9 or 10K for it.I got 9.5K for my 65 rag top and it wasn't as nice. They aren't claiming original so I don't have a problem with the radio. It looks to me like the kick panels are both there but I have 72 year old eyes so who knows maybe I don't remember what a kick panel is. Bob H.
I would think even that was high. I'll bet the market was stronger when you sold yours. I could be wrong. When the top goes down the price goes up and it does look like it's a nice car. Not $37K nice, but very nice.
I am on Expedia right now trying to get the first available flight to Spokane before that bargain is gone!
