Your basic driver quality door mirror which does have pitting but fully functional. I took two of these and made one - figured out how the glass comes out and went from there. I will include the second mirror and parts for one price shipped in a Medium USPS Flat Rate Shipping box for $37.00 - this is to your dorrstep in the lower 48. Check out the photos of how these come apart in case you did not know how to replace a mirror for your broken or fogged part. Numbers cast into this part are 60254-401 with a "jc" under those and PT5711736 on another portion of this part; these numbers are also cast into the mount portion as well.

    Pre-answered questions:

Will I take less than the asking price for this part? answer - NO because shipping alone accounts for a substantial portion of the price.

Will I sell to international buyers? answer - YES, but the buyer must have a U.S. address to mail to; also international buyers must pay in U.S. dollars and must assume the "fees" for using Paypal. I have problems when it comes to filling out customs forms due to deteriorating eyesight.

Can the part be picked up locally? YES and the actual cost of shipping will be backed off of the selling price.

What is the "Medium of Exchange" that I will accept? - answer - personal check (must clear before part is shipped); US Postal Money Order (preferred); Paypal IF the Paypal "fees" are paid on the other end by the purchaser.

I am providing my email address and phone number because it may be a day or two between log-ins on this forum. I'll be happy to answer other questions you may have regarding this or any other part that I may have listed or unlisted for sale.

Well, if nothing else the pictures may help someone if they need to see how these things come apart. I took a penknife and carefully pried out the retaining ring that looks so much like a piston ring. When putting it back together the trick is to make sure both ends of the retaininmg ring meet and don't overlap them otherwise the glass will fall out while you drive down the road.

Adding something to this which I just found in the garage. Sorry I am so disorganized. No increase in the price for this. The actual mount is in rough shape but the gasket is in perfect condition other than the rust from the mount portion. Another nice thing is the OEM screw that still functions as it should. Some of this stuff is hard to find anymore.

Adding additional close-up photos of the mirror per request from a forum member. I may post more if required. The other mirror mount was broken in the front but was cosmetically better than the one you see in these photos. Additionally, I took the mirror glass out of the other unit and placed it into the one that is now complete because of a chip in the other mirror. The best parts from two mirrors went into one unit.

    Alan,
As posted in your other add, I am interested. Let me sort the shipping issue with my American friends first.
