Horn relay went bad on my 66 Skylark today. Figured I'd head down to NAPA and pick one up; can't be to hard, can it? :Brow:

Well - they one the pulled out was not right. Went to Shmucks -- nuthin'. Local parts store with the old guy behind the counter says it's discontinued. Replacement part isn't the same.

Online I think must be easy. Year One doesn't carry. OPGI has no picture, but I figure it's the same replacement they carry in the parts stores.

Any sources for reproductions on this? Why is this part so hard to find?

    Thanks! :beer

what you need is a "GP" (guaranteed parts co. ) relay #HR-58 from NAPA.
the diff. between std skylark and the GS is the connection for the battery is part of the relay. Had an extra but got "CONNED" out of it by a THIEF in Philly. Hopefully he is on this web site and sees this.
