I asked about the condition of the car, whether it runs, etc. and below is what I received as a response from the person who put the ad on Craigslist.
    --------------
The car runs. It needs a rear steel brake line and perhaps wheel brake cylinders. There is rust at the right rear quarter panel and in the trunk. The odometer says 20,000 miles, but I believe the true reading is 120,000. I don't know when the car was repainted. Probably 15 years ago. It has been sitting in a garage for about 10 years.

FYI - I had e-mailed the seller this morning asking about seeing it this weekend (even though I am not officially in the market for another old car), but had not set up a time to see him. He e-mailed me back today saying it sold. At that price and the generally described condition (running, good body, etc.) I am not surprised it went fast.
