67 GS 340 - supposed to have the convertible frame?

    I wasn't sure if they put the boxed frames under the 340 cars in 67 like they did with the 400s. Anyone know for sure???

    as far as I know I don't think they did. It even has a regular skylark vin # if I remember correct.

    Not sure on the GS340, but California GS (340) does not though. I passed on one a few years ago thinking is was a clone only to later discover they use Skylark/Special frame :Dou: Hacked me off too because it was a real clean car.

    the gs 340 's were built on the special platform , used an open standard frame . or at least the two i had did
