The correct carb # for an automatic is 7027145. I can get the cast number off the intake for you this weekend if on one else responds before then. My intake is in the outside shed with no lights. The carb is inside with lights. Harvey

M .......7027147 400 w/A.I.R. A I double checked with my chassis manual and it's a match. Regarding your intake manifold post elsewhere....I checked my intake. The car is original but had the engine gone through a few years back. The original carb in MIA but I'm going to assume the intake is original. With that being said - (no warranty included on the accuracy) :laugh: It's: "M-17" "B1374062-1" If you happen to come across an extra "7027146" quadrajet anywhere - count me in! good hunting!
