In the past few years, I've seen a couple of 66-67's converted to 4x4 for sale. One was even a 66 GS body!ou:

 

I wouldn't do that to a 67 myself, but I'd damn sure drive the tires off of it for that price.

 

I agree. At that price I would drive the nearly bald tires off of it. Would be a unique elk hunting rig!
If the body is good, it's still probably a pretty good deal though.
All you need is a complete frame, suspension, electrical, engine, tranny, and a few other minor parts!
