    Howdy,

how much does a skylark share with a chevelle as far as AC is concerned? I know the control panels are different and the compressor location somewhat but what about the stuff in the suitcase and in the dash? I'm trying to avoid getting a universal vintage air setup since they offer a kit for a chevelle I would like to adapt that in with custom control cabling maybe?

    Thanks,

    gs4u2c Is that a 442?

Maybe half. Compressor, lines, condensor, evaporator box and I think one duct. I'm pretty sure the vents, ducting and motor brackets are unique to Buick.

the car is an orginal AC car so I already have one, I just don't like the suitcase as it will probably interfear with my twin turbo headers. Hense the classic air system that moves everything inside the dash.
