I have 2 sets of these, both fairly ugly, but not broken. I will be taking them down to a shop here in town about cleaning them up and re-chroming them. Looking at other threads, it seems the pricing for this is anywhere from $250 to $750 a pair so that isn't real specific. So, if I have both sets of these done, I obviously can only use one set, is there interest in purchasing the other set from me? If so, what price range would that interest be at? If they want $400 to chrome, and I have $35 a piece in them already, that is almost $500 for a set of re-chromed housings. If there isn't much interest, I may just have them do one set and move the other set off as is. Thanks Jon
You should probably get a quote from the shop first, depending on the pitting, the price could go way up. It's nice if you can start with some clean pieces but I know that's not always possible.
