Like the title says, I need some
'67 Skylark/Special window fuzzies for special wide reveal moldings

I bought some PUI Windowfelt fuzzies, part # 0245-1, but they have clips to attach to the inside of the door.

What I need are the felts that fasten to the optional aluminum wide window reveal moldings on my '67 Special Deluxe.
I did not realize that there were different fuzzies for the moldings than for doors / windows without the moldings.
There are PUI repro fuzzies for this application, which I will order if no one has originals, but I hear that originals are nicer. I also hear that '66-67 GTO window moldings and fuzzies are the same, but Olds Cutlass are not.

I will also be putting the other fuzzies up for sale, $149.99 from OPGI, new in original box $75 plus shipping.

I just went out and checked. I do have these NIB never used. PUI Part# S240170 or F245-6. I'll take $75.00 plus shipping & supplies. These should be sent in a shipping tube to avoid damage. I might have access to one but, if not, i'll have to buy one.

Nick, Those are the right OPGI part # for Reproduction quality felts for the special moldings. But like mine, they have the big clips that fit on the inside of the door body instead of the little studs that fasten directly to the molding. Maybe that's why PUI doesn't have that part # F245-6 in their catalog any more? I don't understand the mismatch myself.

Hmm, now that I look through ALL of the current PUI windowfelts, the only one listed for the "repro quality" special moldings, F245-3 for the convertible, is the same part # as the felts for the convertible WITHOUT special molding. One part can't fit both, I'm pretty sure. For "original quality" parts, PUI lists O245-4 for the convertible WITH special molding and O245-3 for the convertible without special molding. No listing at all (such as F245-6) for the hardtop w special molding. Hmm.

I appreciate the effort and the price, but I'll pass for now and hope for some originals to show up.

Just FYI, Inside the glass felts have clips, outer felts do not have clips on them. Probably hard to see in the photos.

    pm sent:
    Nick,
In that case those might work. Can the two pieces that are really bent near the end be straightened out? If so, I will take them.
Thanks for the FYI! I really didn't see that most important detail.
Probably right about the mailing tube. The cardboard box they come in seems particularly weak.

They don't need to be straightened, They're supposed to be bent.
