will 68 and 69 body panels interchange between the skylarks?

Also will hardtop doors work on the convertible?

Trunklids, will they interchange between hardtop and convertible?

I am asking about main fit. I understand some chrome trim and things are different.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Mark.

I thought '68 convertibles used different vent window frames because of the rake of the windshield :Do No: Don't convertibles use different windshields than coupes :Do No: '69 it would not matter because they no longer had the vent windows...

Can't you bolt vent window frames on a 69 door?

I thought the winshields were just shorter on a convertible.

You could be right and I have no facts to back up what I posted, it was just something that I always thought was true:confused: You are correct on the windshields for sure :TU:

We need a body man to answer the convert/coupe vent window fit question..

Mark- Jason is right- almost all of the panels are the same. Windshield is different. 1968 had the vent windows in the doors- I can check this week to see if the bolt holes are in a set of 69 doors to accept the 68 vent windows.

There is a question on the trunk lids. I have heard some folks say they are different, others say they are the same. I can't check until I have my ragtop in the other garage to confirm this.
