i dont know if anybody else has seen this. i have emailed the seller a couple of times trying to get an answer to the question "whats wrong with this picture." http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2445519100&category=33645&rd=1
Ohhh !! And best of all.....I love when you then tell the seller that, and you get a reply saying "Well, it came off a '69 Skylark so thats how Im listing it" ou: ou: Hello ??? Do you WANT to sell the part or not ??
I know, once I emailed a guy telling him that the stage 1 emblems he was selling and advertising as 69-74 were not for 69's. His reply was "yeah well a lot of guys like to put them on their cars anyway". uzzled: Might even be someone on here! ou:
i doubt it would even fit on the front of a 68/69 even as a joke. it is like the grill i had on the 67 i had with the 66 front clip. i guess the point is that there are a lot of people selling stuff on ebay who have NOT a clue what they are selling [except that it is worth money ] and probably will sell what they have to some poor unsuspecting novice who is taking their word about what it is. then they soak them for "shipping and handling" charges on top of selling them something they dont want or need. weasels like this should be banned from any kind of commerce.:af:
well, that does make me feel better about this seller. i didnt really mean to imply that they are weasels, specifically. but weasels are out there.
