Matt, your PM box appears to be full so I will answer here,

I am not sure, I think it is original, cannot see any tag of aftermarket. Looking at the underside of the back, where the plastic clips under the chrome the plastic is slightly split but the cover is not. The slide strip looks OK and as I said I think it is GM. I will get a box and get a shipping cost, thanks Bill.[
