There are no small block 4 spd GS's converts in 68/9 as there were no small block GS verts at all :Smarty: first year is 71 . 68/9 GS converts will be 400 4spds good luck only 300 or so built . Last 4 speed GS vert I saw forsale was a mint 68 asking $65K :eek2:

One 68 4 speed convert on Expensivebay. Mid $30s . Looks nice , but overpriced. Mike, sorry you missed that 69 in Nov. to Colin in Milwaukee , but I tried when we communicated here and he said he turned down over $30 for it already. It just blows my mind to see a list of cars some members have. I'm happy they are on the road being enjoyed , but when I see 1 person with 6 , 7 , or 8 cars I ask myself when can you enjoy ALL of them???? I picked up 1 after looking for years and it takes all of my time chasing parts and working on it , then to see a list of MULTIPLES in one collection of something you or I would kill for frustates me. It's not that they don't exist , they just aren't for sale. Best of luck , as I have kinda given up hope on affordable 4 speed ragtops and settled for and automatic.

Well, I have the other end of the sprectrum. 1969 GS 400 4 Speed, with clean MN title. The only part is you'll have to build it. It's a rolling chassis. The top is there. A red/red/white top car, low option from what I can tell. 1 of 212 made. $500.00. I would love someone to save it. I fell into it, don't have the funds to build two cars. Your $15K would go along way.

    Thanks,

    Rich

Mine doesn't have a 4 speed,. but its a 350 GS engine and its begging for a 4 speed conversion! Super clean frame and floors, just needs quartersw installed and paint and interior work and the car is super clean. No rust and no rot at all. California car. See this link for details.

No resonable offer refused, I'll include the original doors, trunk lid, steering column, pedal parts that I have for the $500. I need this along with all the other extra parts I have gone. I have the interior. The orginal motor and trans is long gone, but I have a 1970 455 block, heads, manifold.

It's a rare Buick, no matter what. It really needs a good doner. You could call it a Barrett Jackson "Rebody", at least that's the term they use or with lots of work save it.

    Thanks,

    Rich
