I have the chrome lid, but the horn part is buggered up. Does anyone have one to sell? Paint isn't important, but I need a solid one. Thanks as usual! Frank
Oblong Air Cleaner ? Hey Frank - Not sure what you mean by oblong - you looking for a regular '68 air cleaner base ?
The regular Rivi has a round horn base air cleaner and my GS has an oblong horn base... I'm not sure if it's the high capacity air cleaner air cleaner or the GS air cleaner, but it's definitely different from the round horn air cleaner housing. I can take and post a pic if it will help.. F
Exactly, except I'm not sure I have the vacuum thing... Mine has a couple of ripples in it. How do you get a dented air cleaner? Sheezesh. frank
Air Cleaner The parts book lists two types of chrome air cleaners for the Riv - 6484313 - heavy duty, 6484022 - less heavy duty, they both have the vacuum thing . . . The oblong snorkel type must be the heavy duty - I have the other type Frank. Thnx for the pic Adam ! :TU:
