I've seen the ad, got the same pictures listed on the site you linked. Didn't bother making an offer, cause I literally have no where to put it if he said yes.
he doesn't put a starter in it but fixes other stuff ... then sez "tell the local cheap azzes that" about the price being good. ... IDK, to me its a bit fishy. For $30 you could throw a starter in it and let people hear and see it run and drive, or ... hide something wrong with the motor/drivetrain without a starter ? Without hearing it run its a parts car at best ... and for $600, not a bad one at all
