I have a 68 Custom Skylark that originally had rear wheel skirts (they are gone).
My question, is the cut out for the wheel the same for a "skirt" car and a non-skirt car? If not, any suggestions for modifying the "skirt" cut out to look like non-skirt.

    Thanks

Thanks, that was the response I was looking for.
I guess I could have just taken a picture and compared.

Just for info, there is a moulded s/s trim piece that fits around the w/w opening and matches up to the regular side trim s/s. Makes a nice finishing touch to the non-skirted cars. You see them on ebay occasionally or could use the wanted parts here.

    Thanks.

Thats what makes the "look" so different between the skirt and no skirt cars.
I must have looked at a hundred pics of these cars and didn't realize that trim made so much difference. One more thing to hunt down.
