69/70 Riviera AC/Alt bracket

I need the large cast aluminum alt/AC bracket or base from a 69 or 70 Riv only. They are specific from what I see.

 

I have some of the aluminum brackets. How can you identify it's for 69/70.

id like one too. Need an extra to send out for chroming.

 

I don't know how to tell the difference to explain it, but I have one here that is obviously not from a Riv. if you can send me pics I can tell you which one I think it is.

 

Please post pics....I have parted so many of them out and all the alum and steel
brkts look the same.

 

I will. Mine is at a shop now where they are trying to weld it up. When I get it back I will add pics.

 

Dont know if it will help but here is one with it mounted to the engine.

I have Mark DiConti's article on the site and he has the 2 side-by-side
and there is very very little difference...he also has the part numbers listed.

The part you cant see is nearly exactly the same as the non A/C mount. Unfortunately I cannot take another picture as the engine now sits under the hood of the Riv.

 

??? I'm afraid you couldn't be more wrong! Look at the distance from the bottom bolt hole to where the AC compressor mounts. The difference is several inches, preventing a Riviera hood from closing.
